Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and enrolling in courses provided by xiphranncrizur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.

Course Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment in our 3D modeling courses constitutes a binding agreement to complete payment and attend scheduled sessions. Course fees are as follows:

Payment Terms: Full payment is due before the course start date unless an installment plan has been arranged in writing.

Early Bird Discounts: Special pricing applies when booking is made 4 or more weeks before the course start date.

Late Payment: Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of course access and materials.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify course pricing, but enrolled students are guaranteed their original quoted price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are as follows:

Student Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before course start. 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before start. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of course start.

Course Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students receive a full refund or transfer to the next available session.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. See our Return Policy for detailed information.

Intellectual Property Rights

Course materials including but not limited to video tutorials, documentation, templates, and instructional content are protected by copyright:

Course Materials: All course content remains the intellectual property of xiphranncrizur and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Student Work: You retain full ownership of original work created during courses. We may request permission to use student work for promotional purposes with proper attribution.

Software Licenses: Software provided during courses is licensed for educational use only within our facilities. Unauthorized copying or distribution violates licensing agreements.

Student Conduct and Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

Attend all scheduled sessions or notify instructors of absences in advance

Complete assigned projects and exercises by specified deadlines

Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism

Follow all studio guidelines and safety protocols as outlined in our Studio Guidelines

Properly care for and report any issues with studio equipment

Refrain from disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment

Limitation of Liability

xiphranncrizur provides educational services to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes:

Educational Outcomes: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee employment placement, freelance success, or specific skill proficiency levels.

Equipment and Technology: We are not liable for technical failures, data loss, or equipment malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Property: The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question.

Website Use and Content

When using our website, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in contact forms and enrollment applications

Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or other users' accounts

Not use automated systems to scrape, copy, or monitor website content

Not transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Use the website only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable regulations

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection laws.

Course Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or curriculum content with reasonable notice to enrolled students. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance when possible. Students uncomfortable with changes may request a transfer to another session or receive a full refund.

Certification Requirements

To receive course certification, students must:

Attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions

Complete all required projects to a satisfactory standard

Demonstrate competency in core course objectives

Certificates are issued within 14 days of course completion to eligible students.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for serious violations of these terms, including but not limited to harassment, property damage, repeated disruption, or violation of intellectual property rights. No refund will be provided for terminations due to student misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
