Studio Guidelines
Creating a productive and respectful learning environment for all students. Our guidelines ensure everyone can focus on mastering 3D modeling skills.
General Studio Policies
Essential guidelines for all students and visitors
-
Arrive On Time
Classes begin promptly at scheduled times. Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your workstation. Late arrivals disrupt the learning environment and miss valuable instruction.
-
Respect Equipment
Our professional workstations and software licenses represent significant investment. Handle all equipment with care, report any issues immediately, and never attempt repairs yourself.
-
Save Work Regularly
Save your project files frequently to the designated cloud storage provided. The studio is not responsible for lost work due to power failures or technical issues.
-
Maintain Focus Environment
Keep noise levels minimal during work sessions. Use headphones for reference videos or music. Phone calls should be taken outside the studio space.
-
Food and Drink Policy
Sealed water bottles are permitted at workstations. All other food and beverages must be consumed in the designated break area to protect equipment from damage.
Learning Environment
Guidelines for productive and respectful collaboration
-
Ask Questions
Questions are encouraged and essential to learning. No question is too basic. Instructors are here to help you understand concepts thoroughly.
-
Collaborate Respectfully
Peer learning is valuable, but everyone works at their own pace. Offer help when asked, and respect others who need to focus independently.
-
Respect Student Privacy
Do not photograph, record, or share other students' work without explicit permission. Respect everyone's creative process and privacy.
-
Report Issues Promptly
If you encounter technical problems, software errors, or any concerns, notify instructors immediately. Early reporting prevents small issues from becoming major disruptions.
