At xiphranncrizur, we strive to provide exceptional 3D modeling education. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines the terms for course cancellations, refunds, and transfers. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

Cancellation by Student

Students may cancel their course enrollment according to the following schedule:

More Than 14 Days Before Course Start

Refund Amount: 100% full refund of course fees

Processing: Refunds processed within 14 business days

Method: Refunded to original payment method

7 to 14 Days Before Course Start

Refund Amount: 50% refund of course fees

Processing: Refunds processed within 14 business days

Alternative Option: Full credit toward another course within 12 months

Rationale: Late cancellations prevent us from filling the course seat with another student

Less Than 7 Days Before Course Start

Refund Amount: No refund available

Alternative Option: Transfer to next available session of the same course, subject to availability

Exception: Medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation

After Course Commencement

Once a course has started, the following policies apply:

First Session Only: If you withdraw after attending only the first session, you may receive a 25% refund, minus any materials costs.

After Second Session: No refunds are available once two or more sessions have been attended.

Medical Circumstances: Medical emergencies with proper documentation may qualify for partial refunds or course transfers.

Course Materials: Digital materials accessed or downloaded are non-refundable as they cannot be returned.

Cancellation by xiphranncrizur

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a course:

Insufficient Enrollment

Notice Period: Minimum 7 days notice before course start date

Your Options: Full refund or transfer to the next available session

Priority Enrollment: Students receive priority enrollment in future sessions

Instructor Unavailability

Notice: As much advance notice as possible

Your Options: Full refund, transfer to next session, or accept qualified substitute instructor

Compensation: 10% discount on next course enrollment as goodwill gesture

Force Majeure

Events: Natural disasters, facility damage, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control

Your Options: Full refund or transfer to rescheduled session when circumstances permit

Communication: Regular updates provided via email during unforeseen circumstances

Course Transfers

Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a different course or session:

Before Course Start: Free transfer to any available course or session if requested more than 14 days in advance

7-14 Days Before: Transfer available with €50 administrative fee

Less Than 7 Days: Transfer subject to availability and €100 administrative fee

Price Differences: If transferring to a more expensive course, pay the difference. No refund for less expensive courses.

Validity: Course credits valid for 12 months from original purchase date

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

Processing Time: Within 14 business days of approval

Method: Refunded to the original payment method used for purchase

Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account

Transaction Fees: Payment processing fees are non-refundable

Confirmation: Email confirmation sent when refund is processed

Special Circumstances

We understand that life brings unexpected challenges. Special circumstances may be considered for:

Medical Emergencies: Hospital stays, serious illness, or injury requiring documentation from medical professional

Family Emergencies: Death or critical illness of immediate family member

Employment Changes: Sudden job relocation or unemployment with appropriate documentation

Process: Submit written request with supporting documentation to talk@xiphranncrizur.world for review by management

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Payment processing fees and administrative charges

Digital course materials that have been accessed or downloaded

Certification fees for completed courses

Private coaching sessions that have been conducted

Promotional discounts or early bird savings already applied

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our management team. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and professionally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate Irish consumer protection authorities.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

Include your full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation

Provide supporting documentation for special circumstances if applicable

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days

Decisions on refund requests are typically provided within 5 business days
